Acroportées – Level 2
« Have you already been practicing AcroYoga or partner acrobatics
for a while and wish to upgrade your skills?
This module will challenge and improve your existing skills so that you can start training more independently on a higher level, maybe even developing your own “signature” moves! 🙂 No partner is needed, but previous experience is necessary to attend this course.

Quand ?
It consists of 10 consecutive weeks of classes
Tuesdays, 19:00-21:00 – Starting January 14st 2020
Pour qui ?
The minimum age is 14.
If a child younger than that wants to come, they have to come each time with an adult (parents, cousin, whoever…but not alone).
The prerequisite is to be able to be a stable base or flyer in an L-basing sequence (example: High flying whale –> Chair –> Standing on shins –> Bird –> Side star) and in a standing acrobatics sequence (example: Flag –> Sitting on shoulders –> Exit in a supported handstand). We will post the videos of the prerequisites soon in the group AcroYoga Luxembourg.
