This handstand class invites you to play with gravity! Through fun and progressive exercises, develop strength, balance, and confidence, while having fun defying gravity.

When?  Every Thursday from 19:30 to 21:00.

Classes begin the week of September 28, 2026.

End of course: The week of June 7, 2027 (included).

For whom?  For young people and adults born before September 2014 (12 years and over).

No level required.
