Aerial silk and rope advanced (16 yo and +)

You already know how to climb rope or fabric, and are looking for new things, variety and challenges? Then this course is for you! We will work on physical conditioning, technical bases, figures, sequences and transitions, quality of movements, everything to make you feel as comfortable in the air as on the ground. 

The sessions consist of a general and specific warm-up, strengthening on the ground and in the air, before climbing for good and appreciating the lightness. Stretching and flexibility exercises will help you land softly.

When?  Every Monday from 19:00 to 21:00.

Classes begin the week of September 29, 2025.

End of course: The week of June 8, 2026 (included).

For who?  For young people and adults born before September 2009 (16 years and over).

Prerequisites: being able to hold for 20 seconds in suspension on two arms, to do two climbs in a row, to invert in the air, to sit comfortably in a hip lock.

With who?  Maël and Chiara or Tiffany.
