Aerial silk and Rope intermediate (12 yo and +)

Come and free your body from gravity and play with it! You can wrap yourself, hang, swing and spiral to get in and out of various shapes.

To prepare you for soaring through the air, sessions will begin with targeted warm-ups and strengthening exercises before lifting your feet off the ground and performing aerial maneuvers. Stretching and flexibility exercises will ensure a smooth landing.

When?    Every Monday from 17:00 to 19:00.

Classes begin the week of September 28, 2026.

End of course: The week of June 7, 2027 (inclusive).

For who?    For young people and adults born before September 2014 (12 years and over).

Prerequisites: being able to hang for 5 seconds on two arms, to do a climb, and to invert from the ground.
