Workshop « Acroyoga » 16 yo & +

Discover Acroyoga through a workshop combining partner lifts, confidence, and connection. Led by experienced instructors, this workshop is open to all levels and offers a progressive approach. A wonderful opportunity to develop coordination, body awareness, and collaboration, all in an inspiring space conducive to exploration. No partner required!

When?  August 18th and 20th, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (= 2 x 2-hour workshops).

For whom?  For young people and adults born before September 2010 (aged 16 and over).

Open to all levels. :)

What to bring?    We recommend you come wearing comfortable sportswear.
