Workshop « Balance-toi » (Fixed trapeze) 12 yo & +

Come and discover the sensations of being high up when you try to move on the trapeze…

This workshop will be adapted to each person's level.

We will explore various static poses and balances with beginners, and for those who already have regular aerial practice, we will learn (or perfect) increasingly dynamic movements :)

When?  July 20th and 21st, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (= 2 x 3-hour workshops).

For whom?  For young people and adults born before September 2014 (aged 12 and over).

No level required. The course is open to everyone. :)

With whom?  with Myriam, trained in Circus Arts pedagogy at the Brussels Circus School and in static trapeze at a higher education institution in Spain.
