Workshop « Handstand » 12 yo & +

In this 4-day workshop we will explore different vertical positions with a specific theme each day, ranging from alignment to maintaining balance, including different leg transitions and power climbs.

This workshop, suitable for all levels, aims to explore and have fun upside down.

When?   July 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (= 4 x 2-hour workshops).

For whom?   For young people and adults born before September 2014 (aged 12 and over).

No level required. The course is open to everyone. :)

What to bring?  We advise you to come with comfortable sports clothing and your water bottle.
