Workshop « Hand-to-hand » 16 yo & +

In this workshop, we're going to have fun with the hand-to-hand position.

 We will work on this position in controlled situations, on the ground and standing, in order to train every aspect of the movement. 

And, to challenge you even more, different variations can be offered.

! In order to be ready to be carried upside down, don’t forget to check the required prerequisites.

When?   July 25th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM + July 26th, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (= 2 x 2-hour workshops).

For whom?  For young people and adults born before September 2010 (aged 16 and over).

 To participate in this workshop, certain prerequisites are required:

- Mastery of the two-person column and of the feet-hands

- For the acrobat: some experience with handstands (with or without a wall)

What to bring?  We recommend you come wearing comfortable sportswear and bring your own water bottle.

Language(s)?   The animators speak Luxembourgish, German, English, French and Portuguese.
