Workshop « Trapeze » Discovery & Technique 12 yo & +

If you want to develop your strength and fluidity on the trapeze,

If you want to discover new figures, movements and sequences in the air, and if you love creating, this workshop is just waiting for you. :)

Regardless of your level, we will explore together the different balances that exist on the trapeze, the whips, several figures and more dynamic movements (for the more advanced), so that you can create your own sequence on the apparatus…

When?  August 3rd and 4th, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (= Workshop of 2x3 hours).

For whom?  For young people and adults born before September 2014 (aged 12 and over).

No prior experience required. The workshop is open to everyone. :)

With whom?  with Myriam, trained in Circus Arts pedagogy at the Brussels Circus School and in static trapeze at a higher education institution in Spain.

What to bring? Remember to bring something to protect your arms and calves. ;)
