WS « Catch me if you can! » Fixed trapeze: The Basics of Dynamic Movements (12+)

Have you ever thought about flying? Taking your feet off the ground and feeling light as you float in the air?

The pleasant stretching sensation in the early morning when you raise your arms to the sky and feel your body breathing? How can you find the relaxation necessary for freedom of movement and at the same time the muscular activity essential for the dynamics generated by the trapeze itself? In this workshop, we will explore several forms of being suspended from the trapeze, we will approach the different swings (classic, armpit, hamstring) to gain power and discover dynamic figures that can be performed on the apparatus.

When?   Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10, from 10:00 to 13:00.

For who?  For young people and adults born before September 2013 (from 12 years old).

No level required. The workshop is open to everyone. :)

With who?  with Myriam, trained at École de Cirque de Bruxelles and at Valencia, Spain.

What to bring?  We recommend you bring comfortable clothing that allows for movement, a long-sleeved, tight-fitting t-shirt, and a bottle of water.

Language(s)?  The instructor speaks French, Spanish, and English, and understands Italian well.
