WS « Aerial silks » (12+)

In this workshop, we will explore and practice various sequences of moves. Targeted physical conditioning sessions and stretching exercises will be incorporated to improve strength, flexibility, and technical mastery. We welcome participants' suggestions and suggestions throughout the workshop, and we look forward to working with you.

When?  Saturday, September 13, from 16:30 to 19:00

+ Sunday, September 14, from 13:00 to 15:00

For who?  For young people and adults born before September 2013 (from 12 years old).

 Prerequisite required: Know how to mount on the silk.

With who?   with Mia and Noémie from Zaltimbanq’Zirkus and from Circles (Lycée Ermesinde).

What to bring?  We advise you to come in sportswear that allows movement (preferably leggings) and to bring a bottle of water.
