Have you already been practicing AcroYoga or partner acrobatics for a while and wish to upgrade your skills? This course will challenge and improve your existing skills so that you can start training more independently on a higher level, maybe even developing your own “signature” moves!
No partner is needed, but some previous experience is necessary to attend this course.

Quand ?       Tous les jeudis de 19h00 à 21h00
Début : Le 5 octobre 2023 (les profs verront une date au cours de l’année pour récupérer le cours du 28 septembre).
Fin : Semaine du 22 Janvier 2024

Pour qui ? Pour les jeunes et adultes nés avant Septembre 2008 (15 ans et +).

You have already done either the Acro Portee Beginners course last year or have previous Acro experience. It will be necessary to demonstrate the prerequisites written in the description in order for you to advance safely.

The prerequisite is to be able to be a stable base or flyer in an L-basing sequence (example: High flying whale –> Chair –> Standing on shins –> Bird –> Side star) and in a standing acrobatics sequence (example: Flag –> Sitting on shoulders –> Exit in a supported handstand).
