« Acrodance Workshop » (12+)

This workshop explores acrobatic movements through progressive steps so that everyone can move at their own pace. Together, we will create short choreographies combining dance and acrobatics to combine technique and creativity. Group exercises will be offered to play with momentum and collective support.

When?   Monday, March 30th and Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For whom?  For young people and adults born before September 2013 (from 12 years old).

No level required. The workshop is open to everyone. :)

With whom?   with Morgane De Keyser, trained in dance with the Moovemelt program.

What to bring?  We recommend you come with comfortable sportswear and your water bottle.

Language(s)?  The animator speaks French, English, and basic Spanish.
