Workshop « Fixed trapeze » 12 yo & +

During this workshop, we will explore the fixed trapeze and its possibilities. Beyond the execution of technical figures, the idea of the workshop is to feel your body suspended and in the different planes of space.

Static and dynamic figures, improvised explorations alone or in groups, and suspension.

All that in 4 hours, that's a lot… I will base the program on the participants' wishes in order to best meet their expectations.

When?   Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd December 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For whom? For young people and adults born before September 2013 (aged 12 and up). No prior experience is required. The workshop is open to everyone. :)

The exercises and proposals will be adapted according to the audience present.

With whom?  With Marie Ide, a preschool teacher by training and trained at the Brussels Circus School. She also completed training in body expression at the Jaques Dalcroze Institute of Rhythmics and the Carampa School to complement her circus training.

What to bring?  Comfortable clothing that covers the body well (a top isn't recommended). And potentially bring leggings and jogging bottoms to have several layers for protection.

Language(s)?  The animator speaks French - English - Spanish.
