Workshop « Trapeze and Hoop Module 2 » 12 years & up

Come float and dance in the air!

TAerial hoops and hoops invite you to wrap yourself around them, hang from them, and spin around them to enter and exit various figures. To prepare you for soaring through the air, sessions will begin with targeted warm-ups and strengthening exercises before lifting your feet off the ground and performing aerial maneuvers. Stretching and flexibility exercises will ensure a smooth landing.

When?   Thursdays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm for a 6-week module.

End: Thursday, March 26, 2026

For whom?   For young people and adults born before September 2013 (12 years and over).

What to bring?  We advise you to come in sportswear that allows for movement and to bring a bottle of water.
