WS « Acrodance initiation » (12+)

This workshop explores acrobatic movements through progressive steps so that everyone can move at their own pace. Together, we will create short choreographies combining dance and acrobatics to combine technique and creativity. Group exercises will be offered to play with momentum and collective support.

When?   Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10, from 13:00 to 16:00.

For who?  For young people and adults born before September 2013 (from 12 years old).

No level required. The workshop is open to everyone. :)

With who?  with Morgane, trained in Circus pedagogy and Acrodance.

What to bring?   We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and bring a bottle of water.
