WS « Aerial silks » (12+)

In this workshop, we will delve into the world of aerial silks. The goal will be to discover new movement sequences and integrate them in a creative and personal way. At the heart of the work: a playful exploration of the multiple ways of moving with the silks—searching for fluid sequences, new perspectives, and forms of expression specific to each individual. We will seek to find freedom in technique, and to make the silks not just a piece of apparatus, but a true movement partner.

Everyone will progress at their own pace – the workshop is therefore open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

When?  Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, Spetember 7, from 11:00 to 13:00.

For who?  For young people and adults born before September 2013 (from 12 years old).

No level required. The workshop is open to everyone. :)

What to bring?   We advise you to come in sportswear that allows movement and to bring a bottle of water.
